Design in Details for Experiences
The focus when creating any media is the final feel of the experience. Players/Viewers/Customers are affected by every experience they have and that change is my goal and focus from start to finish. What a Player feels moment by moment and what they leave the experience thinking and feeling is a product of every single factor of design. From menu pings to Orchestral soundtrack and from health bar ticks to level and boss design everything melds into the final feel. Each of these details melding into a memorable and cohesive whole, that is my specialty.

Creativity does not exist in a vacuum. We make for each other, we learn from each other. An audience is wowed by the feel of an experience. A good creator sees every piece of what makes up that feel. A great creator can do both at once.

Group work has been especially scarce coming out of covid, but that's no time to sit on our hands. For summer 2022 Unreal 5 training has been my latest pet projects. While the tutorials are a bit bare bones now, I'm filled with inspiration for how to make these simple pieces my own. Look out for them coming up.

Opportunity seems frustratingly scarce and success comes from 95% discipline and 5% luck. They say the early bird gets the worm, but being early isn't enough. The meal goes to the one most prepared and with the least hesitation when the opportunity comes.
